Ok I ALWAYS do 1 of 4 colors for my gel manicure and pedicure.
- Mademoisele
- Big Apple Red
- Lincoln Park After Dark
- Smokin’ Hot
But today after a one month nail hiatus (way too long by the way and never again will I wait that long ?) my girl asked if I wanted to look at any new colors.
I told her the color that I selected was “new” for me (it was Essie A-List and another version of red…what can I say, I’m a creature of habit. Anyway, she showed me those weird rings of fake nails painted a million different colors and I picked a new one…a blue of all things, called “Dare to Wear.”
Yes. I do pick my nail colors based on their names…doesn’t everyone? Hmmm…anyway, I liked the name so I said ok.
Well I have to say that I’m overjoyed with my new choice and it had the perfect gel color match for my hands. Yes. I do matchy matchy with my feet and hands. I don’t know if it’s “ok” or not to but honestly I can’t be bothered to decide on two colors, one is difficult enough.

What do you think? Can “Dare to Wear” remain in the rotation or do we need to keep looking?
